Packages Status

When to order placed by the customer, the status will be in "Awaiting" and turn to "Created" immediately. Seller dosn't need to perform any operation for the orders that are in awaiting status.

"Picking" status is used for showing customer that the package is preparing.
"Invoiced" status is an optional status, and it should be send before "Shipped" status.
When the cargo company receives the package, package status will be turn to "Shipped" automatically, and from this status, customer cannot cancel the package.
Seller doesn't need to send any "Delivered" status to a package, because "Delivered" status is listened from the "cargoTrackingNumber". So when the package is delivered to the customer, status will turn to "Delivered" automatically.

Seller Pays & Trendyol Pays Cargo Carrier Agreement

Seller Pays Model

Update Tracking Number service should be used to notify Trendyol “cargoSenderNumber”. After sending cargo tracking number to Trendyol it will be visible in getShipmentPackage service as “cargoSenderNumber”.
Label should be generated by the seller.
A Package cannot be updated as "Shipped" or "Delivered" by the Seller. Trendyol follows the package status directly from cargo carrier company. If seller wants to follow it, getShipmentPackage service can be used.

Trendyol Pays Model

"cargoTrackingNumber" which Trendyol provides on getShipmentPackage service, should be used to deliver the package.
Label can be obtained by using Getting Common Label (getCommonLabel) service.
A Package cannot be updated as "Shipped" or "Delivered" by the Seller. Trendyol follows the package status directly from cargo carrier company. If seller wants to follow it, getShipmentPackage service can be used.

Phone Number Sharing in Orders

If you are working with ADEL (Alternative Delivery) model for delivery, Phone number is shown on the order.
If you are working with Seller Pays model for delivery, Phone number is shown on the order.
If you are working with TY Pays model for delivery, Phone number is not shown on the order.
