11. How Can I Create a Ticket
You can create a ticket via the Support Requests page so that we can support you with any problems you experience with integration.
- The "Integration Reference Code" field has been added to the Integration Information menu in your Seller panel. The integration reference code is the code that your Integrator or software team must use to receive support from Trendyol teams. This code is an identity verification key that is critical in terms of security. Just like your API key, it should be kept secret and shared only with authorized persons.
- You can access the "Integration Reference Code" information by clicking on Your Store Name > My Account Information > Integration Information menu in the upper right corner of the Trendyol Seller Panel.
API Integration Support Request (General Notification Information)
- You need to select Basic Auth as Type in the Authorization tab via Postman.
- The supplierid, API KEY and API SECRET KEY information used for Basic Authentication should be obtained from the "Integration Information" page under "My Account Information" in the seller panel.
- You can send a request using the API KEY for Username and the API SECRET information for Password.
- Access to the test environment is provided with IP authorization. The IP address you send by creating a ticket will be defined within 24 hours. If there is a change in your IP address, you can send it by creating a ticket.
- In case of an error in the requests sent, we kindly ask you to send the endpoint of the service you are experiencing the problem with, the request body and the error you receive in detail.
Registering and Logging In to Support Requests Page
- You must register by filling out the membership creation form.
- After creating a membership, you must log in to the system with the email address and password you created your membership with.
Creating a Ticket via Support Requests Page
- After successfully logging in, you are expected to fill in the requested information correctly by pressing the create ticket button.
