13. Notify Deci and Box Quantity Information

• "Box Quantity" and "deci" are required for "Flow PL" and "Starlinks H&B" Logistics.
• To ensure your package is picked up by the courier, you must enter the parcel and volumetric weight information for orders that are fully packed and ready for pickup. The accuracy of this information is critical for vehicle assignment by the logistics provider. If incorrect data is entered and an unsuitable vehicle is assigned, the package may not be collected. In such cases, the seller is fully responsible for any resulting delays.
• Volumetric weight is used in vehicle planning and must be entered accurately.
  • Volumetric weight = (Width × Length × Height) / 5000
