Due to an incident with our getShipmentPackage service, if you are using the service with multiple parameters and a "Cancelled" status (for example, if you are trying to get both Cancelled and Created statuses), the "shipmentPackageStatus" field is not included in the service response. This issue began on August 28, 2025, and was resolved as of 1:00 PM on August 29, 2025. We kindly ask you to check your orders within the relevant timeframe.

We are excited to announce the launch of a new feature developed directly in response to your valuable feedback. The Product Archive API service is now live and available. This service is used to archive or unarchive your products in the Trendyol system. It supports both single and multiple product archiving operations.

New "createdBy" and "originPackageIds" fields have been added to the Trendyol OMS model (getShipmentPackages and Webhook services).

The "createdBy" field indicates how the package was created:

• order-creation: the package was created directly in the incoming order
• cancel: the package was created after partial cancellation
• split: the package was created based on the package split
• transfer: orders that are directed to another seller by Trendyol because the seller who received the order does not have the product

The "originPackageIds" field is filled after cancellation or split, after these operations it gives the packageid of the first package.

As Trendyol, in order to provide a better service to our sellers, we are making changes to the seller-pays integration with Aras Cargo as of Monday, May 12. With this change, our Cargo Tracking Code Notification (updateTrackingNumber) service will be closed and you must deliver your packages to the cargo company with the “cargoTrackingNumber” returned via our order packages picking service (getShipmentPackages). As of June 30, 2025; In order for sellers to switch to the new integration model, you must make changes to your integration structures and not report cargo tracking codes via the Cargo Tracking Number service.

The web color 348 attribute was made mandatory on Monday, May 5. In order to avoid problems during the campaign period, this attribute has been changed to be optional until the end of the campaign.
