3. Prod-Stage Environments

Information on accessing Trendyol's production and test environments, including IP authorization and endpoint details.

supplierid, API KEY and API SECRET KEY information used for Basic Authentication should be obtained from the "Entegrasyon Bilgileri" page under "Hesap Bilgilerim" in the seller panel.

  • Trendyol stage environment needs an IP authorization for access. In prod environment there is no need any IP authorization, however your IP could be added to blacklist for some reason. If any access issue has been faced with both stage and prod environment please contact us.

PRODUCT ENVIRONMENT INFORMATION

No IP authorization is required in the prod environment.

  • If your internet service provider is abroad, you need to reach us by opening a notification on the Partner Support screen when you receive a Timeout error.

TEST ENVIRONMENT INFORMATION

Test environment account and API information is completely different from your prod environment information.

Step 1: The IP information to be used to access the test environment should be reported to Trendyol. More than one IP definition can be made, the defined IPs can be updated if notified later.

  • The 503 error you will get in the test environment is due to the lack of IP authorization.

Step 2 (Requires IP authorization): You can use a shared test account for your testing environment, or you can submit your private test account request to the support team via the Seller Center. Simply provide your private test account information with the email address you'll use to log into the test environment, your phone number, and your company's TCKN/VKN value.

Step 3 (Requires IP authorization): You can perform your tests with test store API information through your own software or by using sample collection via POSTMAN.
