Sending e-Archive Invoice Link

• With the Azerbaijan Export project, two new fields, “invoiceNumber” and “invoiceDateTime”, will be added to our Invoice Link Sending service as of 26 May 2023. The “invoiceNumber” and “invoiceDateTime” fields will be required for microexport packages but optional for other package types.

• As of 4 August 2023, You should send “invoiceNumber” and “invoiceDateTime” fields as follows.

  • “invoiceNumber” -> string (First 3 field alfa numeric, last 13 field numeric and total should be 16 field. [3 digit(alphanumeric)][13 digit(numeric)]) You can check Example invoiceNumber values below;

    • FRY1234567890123 -> Valid
    • FR11234567890123 -> Valid
    • F1Y1234567890123 -> Valid
    • 1RY1234567890123 -> Valid
    • 12Y1234567890123 -> Valid
    • 1231234567890123 -> Valid
    • F231234567890123 -> Valid
    • FRY12345 -> Not Valid

  • “invoiceDateTime” : Data type is long. It should be greater than 0 and 10 digits(seconds) or 13 digits(milliseconds)

LEGAL OBLIGATION Invoice links sent with this service must be accessible for 8 years as required by law.

Suppliers can send the orders's invoice link to Trendyol via this method.

• If you cannot send the invoice for the relevant order by adding a PDF to the encrypted mail address in the order, you have to use this service.
• By triggering this method Trendyol sends an e-invoice email to Trendyol Customer including the link provided by Supplier
• Encrypted mail addresses are not fixed customer-based, unique mail is produced for each order.

Data Types

"HTTP 409" Error

There are two reasons for the 409 error.

• An invoice for the submitted ShipmentPackageId may have already been fed.
• The submitted link may have already been fed to another ShipmentPackageId before.
